Purchased brand new Voice and Music Assistant from Amazon. Plug it in with provided plug and cable and nothing happens, no light not beeps just dead. Tried 15 second factory reset, nothing. Tried different cables, different power source…nothing. Tried through the logging bridge, nothing. Installed Aml_Burn_Tool.zip and drivers to my pc, plugged in with high quality data cable…..nothing not even a beep from the computer that something had been connected.
Reviewed manual in the box, documentation on the site, github page. Nothing indicates whats wrong or how to recover. So I guess I just got a factory defect. So I ordered a second one.
Second one is the same fully dead. What is going on, am I missing a step? Are these fake devices being sold on Amazon?
