is anyone else having trouble with the R3 sensor being super unreliable for occupancy and illuminance? I had one and it worked when not connected to HA in basic mode well. I then connected the device to HA and then I updated to the version 40 firmware, and it is now super unreliable. The illuminance was sporadically updating; occupancy tracking was only working when I physically held the device. I talked with support and they sent me a new device, after the original R3 simply stopped connecting to Z2M. Now I’m having similar issues with the new one they just sent me. First, the occupancy would not detect me unless I stood to the very right of the device. Once it tracked me it would hold my detection until just past the midpoint of the device, then it would stop sensing me. I tried a new outlet, new cable and it felt lit it was working, but them illuminance wouldn’t update. messed with some settings trying to get illuminance to work, and now the device won’t track me initially until I’m about 2-3 feet in front of the device, after which it will track me for a little, past where it originally detect me, but will eventually lose me and clear occupancy. On te flip side though, illuminance is now working correctly, mostly. Ive heard nothing but good things about third reality, but this is rather frustrating when 2 devices simply dont work.
