Hi,
I have a pair of ZP1 dual plugs that simply refuse to pair to our ZIgbee hub. Four Gen1 plugs work beautifully.
When I reset the devices, the LEDs blink for between 5-60 or so seconds then stop. They devices do not show up in the hub. We have several Zigbee devices connected, these are the only two causing problems.
Any ideas are welcome! We would rather not return them.
