THIRDREALITY Zigbee Contact Sensor not connecting to Alexa

I’m using the THIRDREALITY Zigbee Contact Sensor with the SENCKIT Zigbee hub and Tuya SmartLife app. In the app, it only shows Google Assistant and IFTTT under third party control, not Alexa (like all my other devices.) Tuya tech support told me, “the connected Zigbee door/window sensor under your account does not support binding with the third-party service Alexa.”

Any ideas on how I can get this to work with Alexa?

Sorry, we are currently unable to provide technical details about compatibility with the Tuya platform because we do not have a Tuya testing environment.

Tuya also has its own ecosystem, and devices must be certified by Tuya before they can be officially supported on its platform.
