ZW1 uses non standard offset for face of outlet

I just bought a couple of these. They work well with home assistant and Zigbee2Mqtt. However, they do not sit flush with third party cover plates. I use Lutron screwless cover plates for all my switches and outlets. I’d gladly add pictures, but does not look like this forum supports direct picture uploads. This should be redesigned to fit standard face plates. Also, the screws for the wires are insanely small. Even the ground screw is tiny.
