TL2 Won’t Power On
Make sure TL2 is securely connected to a USB power adapter and that the adapter is plugged into a working outlet.
If the device still does not respond, try a different adapter or outlet to rule out a power issue.

Can’t Pair TL2?
If TL2 cannot enter pairing mode or pairing fails, try the following:
- Pairing mode automatically expires after 15 minutes if setup is not completed. To re-enter pairing mode, press and hold the Reset button for 10 seconds until the LED turns solid red, then release it. The indicator will blink three times and re-enter pairing mode.
- Make sure Bluetooth permission is enabled for your Matter controller app.
- Unplug TL2 and plug it back in. Then restart the app and try pairing again.

Presence Detection Is Too Sensitive
TL2 allows you to adjust presence detection sensitivity from Level 1 to Level 6.
Short press the Reset button to cycle through the available sensitivity levels. The clock display will briefly show the current level.
If TL2 detects presence when no one is nearby, try lowering the sensitivity setting.

Presence Detection Is Not Sensitive Enough
If TL2 is not detecting presence reliably, try increasing the sensitivity level.
Short press the Reset button to cycle through Levels 1–6. Higher sensitivity settings can improve detection performance in larger areas.

The Clock Is Showing the Wrong Time
TL2 automatically synchronizes its clock through the network and uses the time zone configured in your app.
Make sure the correct time zone is selected and that TL2 is connected to the network.
You can also set the clock manually by following the instructions in the user manual.

TL2 Shows Offline
Make sure TL2 is powered on and connected to a stable network.
If the device remains offline, unplug it and plug it back in, then check its status in the app again.

What Is Required for Alexa Simple Setup?
To use Alexa Simple Setup, the following requirements must be met:
- TL2 must be linked to your Amazon account through an eligible Amazon purchase and setup process.
- Your Wi-Fi network must already be configured in Alexa.
- The product packaging must include a device-specific QR code.
- The Alexa app must be updated to the latest version.
- TL2 must be powered on and in pairing mode.

Alexa Can’t Find TL2 Automatically
Make sure TL2 is powered on, in pairing mode, and that your Alexa app is up to date.
If Alexa does not discover TL2 automatically, add it manually using the standard Matter setup process.

Why Does Motion Stay Active for 30 Seconds?
After motion is detected, TL2 maintains the motion status for approximately 30 seconds before returning to a no-motion state.
This behavior is normal and helps reduce unnecessary reporting.
