I bought ten of the Gen2 soil sensors and it’s time to get them outside into the garden. I”m trying to get the firmware update so that I can do the calibration of the devices. Six out of the ten devices fail the OTA firmware update. I’m using Z2M and onboarding works perfectly. I’m doing the OTA within 1 meter of Third Reality zigbee smart plug. Let me know if anyone is having the same issue or what can be done to solve issue.
Update: I ended up deleting and re-installing the sensor and it seems that all are live now and firmware updates when very fast to latest v21 build. It’s interesting that for the 10 devices I have the there are 2 different firmware ID versions v1.00.17 and then v1.00.21 although the firmware version list build 21 for all the devices. That’s a bit confusing…
