R3 TVOC Sensor not visible in 3R app / Home Asistant

I have the Smart Presence Sensor R3. I’m not seing TVOC sensor in the 3R installer or in Home assistant. Im using the MZ1 Hub. Will TVOC become available or do I have to send this thing back?

Hi, At the moment, 3R-Installer doesn’t support displaying the TVOC value. The bridge will need a firmware update for that, and it’s something we’re currently working on. That said, the R3 sensor should already work with ZHA, and support for TVOC in Z2M is coming soon. Thanks for your patience!

I cannot use ZHA. All usb ports on my Home Assistant blue is dead…

But this is good. Do you have an estimate? A week or month?

Will TVOC be visible within Home Assisstant Matter via MZ1?

Hard to say for sure on the timeline. Z2M usually releases new updates of the script around the 2nd of each month, but I’m not sure if our script will be included in the next batch.

How is this relevant to me? I should be able to see the tvoc value in the 3R app already. This product feels unfinished before launch.
