Smart Presence Sensor R3 No Air Quality

After a Zigbee2MQTT update and a firmware update, the device has stopped reporting the air quality. Zigbee2MQTT shows an exposed item but it’s returning as null. The name changed with the update from volatile organic_compounds to total_volatile organic_compounds. This is while connecting to home assistant using a Zigbee coordinator.

I have checked with our engineering team, and the script for the R3 sensor in Z2M is still under testing. Please stay tuned for updates. We will release it once all testing has been completed.

There was just an OTA update that went out however it does not fix the issue.

Yep, ZHA is all good for now. We are still waiting for the script to pass to Z2M. Once the script is published, you will be able to see the TVOC value.
