Does the Smart Dual Plug ZP1 Power-Cycle Outlets During Updates?

@Siyo sorry I didn’t see a board for the Smart Dual Plug ZP1 so I am posting it here in the Gen3 section

Does the ZP1 also have this new capability that the Gen3 has?

This updated chip also allows the relay to maintain its state during firmware OTA updates.
