I’ve got a couple R1 zigbee motion sensors. They are in a pair of rooms separated by a staircase. I am trying to use automatons to control lights when I enter one of those rooms. The sensors trigger detection as I am coming down the stairs, no matter where I have placed the sensors. In fact, I have even tried putting them on the wall facing away from the stairs, and they still trigger.
Do the sensors emit/detect any signals out the backs of the devices? If yes, is there anything I can do to prevent or weaken that?
