R3 Presence Sensor TVOC light always flashing

I’m using the R3 Presence sensor for an automation in my garage. It is running in Home Assistant. The red light is always flashing for the TVOC sensor. This started after the first time I started one of my vehicles. I moved the sensor to fresh air and also did a reset. It is still steadily flashing away. Is there a way to adjust the sensitivity or turn off this function for my use case? Everything else is working perfectly.

Hi, it is normal for a red flashing light to come on when the vehicle’s tail gas enters the garage. The current TVOC threshold is 6000, which is relatively small for the tail gas. You may let the sensor sit aside and give it some time for the clean air to flush it.
In the next firmware version, we have added a function that lets the user adjust this value using the side buttons. The value range could be up to 10000, which can help shorten the light-flashing time.
