drivers for R3 Presence Sensor for Samsung Smartthings

hello, i have connected the new R3 sensor via zigbee to my aeotec hub, but a custom RGB light driver from Mariano was selected and no driver is available. where can i find the correct driver for this device. thanks.

Hi, this presence sensor does not have a dedicated driver. To make it work, you can select “Zigbee Switch” as the driver in the “Third Reality” channel.

using the Zigbee Switch driver for this device is not good.
-no motion sensor control
-no air quality readout
-no icon change for motion sensor

this device needs a dedicated driver, not a generic Zigbee Switch driver.

i will say it is a very good motion sensor. no false presence detection, and quick to detect No Presence. however, it lacks control.

please create a dedicated driver.

Currently, SmartThings does not support displaying TVOC readings, but the presence sensor works as expected. We will see if ST supports the TVOC readings.
All adjustments to the presence sensors are local, so you have to use the buttons to set the sensitivity.
For the icons, I have already logged down the suggestion. Our engineering team will evaluate how to implement this feature

Siyo so you developed a sensor, that you have to see, in order to know the air is bad? and there is no adjustment to the RGB to show the air quality? no automations for the sensor? what is the point of such a sensor? i get a random blink of light, that i dont understand to “understand” the air quality? terrible design and engineering.

make the new driver. this is not a Zigbee Switch.

Flip We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. However, the “Zigbee Switch” is indeed the driver used for this device. It is a shared driver used by multiple devices, and we have not set up a separate, special driver just for this one. The basic functions are usable; the motion and light entities are exposed and can be used. Regarding the TVOC, it is a limitation of the platform itself, and modifying the driver cannot make it work. Siyo was this a driver update? i am now seeing TVOC in the Device, with history, and automation !! Did this sensor just become my new favorite device ??

now, is it possible to adjust motion sensor ? distance? sensitivity ??
