No Response with Garage Door Opener

Anyone else having issues with their opener?

Mine was working great for over a month but now all I see through my Apple Home app is “This Accessory is not responding”

I already reset the device last night and moved it closer to my router in case it was a signal issue. When I woke up this morning and it has the same “No response” status that I saw yesterday.

Also already switched out my usb power block and cable to rule out that issue.

kturbo What Apple home hub device are you using, and is it on the same 2.4GHz network as this opener?

zhechen I’m using the Apple TV 4K, software on it is up to date. I tried unplugging power to the opener last night and it worked for a while. But this morning found myself back to a “No response” message.

kturbo Is the IPv6 function on your router properly enabled? Is it a separate 2.4GHz network, not a 2.4/5GHz dual-band network? Also, when your phone and the opener are connected to the same 2.4GHz WiFi, does the device stay online?
