tom I have tried setting the sensor about 3 feet high, and 6 5 feet high. It doesn’t pick up motion if I am 10 feet away. I want it to work at least 14 feet to keep my office lights on while I am in there.
tom The PIR sensor will detect motion more sensitively if you move horizontally across its field of view rather than walking directly towards it. Please make sure you place the sensor in the right place if you can.
