I’ve posted this on the Hubitat forums and can’t find an answer there. When I try to do a firmware update from …3C to …48, I get a repeated “starting firmware update…” as shown below, but no progress beyond that. I am able to update firmware on other Zigbee devices, so I’m not sure what’s going on with this device. Seems like the night light is not able to initiate the firmware update on its end. I have tried to re-pair it and update it only a few feet from my hub with no success. Wondering if anyone else is having this issue or if there’s something else to try with the device to get it to work. Device data is also posted below. Thanks.
